💳 Payment Policy
All appointments require a payment or deposit at the time of booking. Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been received.
For services where a remaining balance applies, the balance is due at the time of service.
For business clients, invoicing options may be available upon approval and agreed-upon terms.
🔁 Rescheduling Policy
We understand that schedules may change.
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty.
Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to additional fees.
❌ Cancellation Policy
All booking fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
🚫 No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to appear for their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their booking fee.
Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future services or require full prepayment.
🚗 Mobile & Travel Policy
Lifeline Solutions Co. is a mobile service provider. We travel to your location for all applicable services.
Travel fees may apply based on distance, service type, and urgency. These fees will be communicated prior to or at the time of booking.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate location details at the time of booking.
⏰ Late Arrival Policy
Clients are expected to be available at the scheduled appointment time.
If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and additional fees may apply.
📄 Service Requirements
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete booking information
- Being present at the scheduled time
- Having all required documents and identification ready
Failure to meet these requirements may result in rescheduling and additional charges.

All services are conducted with professionalism, discretion, and in accordance with applicable privacy standards. Sensitive information is handled securely and only shared with authorized third-party providers when required to complete services.

All laboratory testing, background screenings, and related results are processed by third-party providers. Lifeline Solutions Co. is not responsible for the processing, accuracy, or timelines of third-party services.
