Business Hours

Available seven days a week by appointment. Local services focus on Fayetteville and Hope Mills. Administrative support is available remotely. Pickup times, appointments, and project schedules are confirmed individually.

For administrative help, tell us the tasks and timeline. For assembly and packaging, include quantity, materials, and deadline. Laundry: $35 for the first standard 13-gallon bag and $30 for each additional bag in the same order. Bags must close fully without stretching or compressing contents. Detergent is included, with regular scented and fragrance-free options; fragrance-free is the default if no preference is selected. Pickup and return within five driving miles of our operating location are included; farther trips are quoted before acceptance. Laundry is returned within 24 hours of the confirmed pickup. Before You Request Service

Are purchases included in the service fee?

No. The service fee covers the errand. Merchandise, groceries, tolls, parking, and other purchase costs are separate and must be prepaid or reimbursed in advance.

What areas do you serve?

Standard service focuses on Fayetteville and Hope Mills. Nearby areas may be available for an additional mileage quote.

Do you transport passengers or medications?

No passenger transportation or controlled-medication delivery is offered. Lifeline provides non-medical errand and local delivery support.

Can businesses request recurring service?

Yes. Approved organizations may request weekly or multiple-times-per-week support. Scheduling, pricing, and service terms are customized.

How much does it cost?

Personal services are $25 for a Quick Errand, $40 for a Grocery Run, and $50 for a Three-Stop Bundle. Business and custom requests are quoted before approval.
