With more than 25 years of professional experience across Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Operations, and Administrative Leadership, our founder saw a recurring challenge among growing businesses:

With more than 25 years of professional experience across Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Operations, and Administrative Leadership, Yoli has built her career around one thing: helping people and processes move forward.
Throughout her career, she has coordinated complex hiring initiatives, managed onboarding processes, improved operational workflows, partnered with leadership teams, and created systems that bring organization to moving pieces.
Those experiences inspired the creation of Lifeline Solutions Co.
What began as a way to provide businesses with dependable hiring and administrative support has grown into a broader mission: providing practical solutions for both work and everyday life.
Today, Yoli leads Lifeline Solutions with a simple approach — listen to what people need, identify what can make things easier, and provide dependable support to help get it handled.
